An inconspicuous staircase leads into the upper domain of the apartment, which is taken up entirely by a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom. This comfortable air-conditioned retreat features a queen sized bed with matching side tables and soft furnishings in bright shades of colour. Cable television and a DVD player are just some of the modern facilities that give Sunset Terrance a home style ambience. The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub, rain shower and separate vanity edged in creamy marble.

Upstairs Terrace
A glass panelled windows captures the first rays of morning sun and bathes the bedroom in natural light. This leads out onto a private terrace overlooking a neighbouring piece of landscape that is generously planted with trees and tropical foliage.
